Authorised Consignors important notice:
As part of conditions to be an Authorised Consignor it is essential that you hold a Special Transit Stamp and BCP/Fallback Stamp. These stamps are used in the event of NCTS (Transit system) not being available and manual documentation is approved for use. It is now essential for an authorised consignor to have these stamps and for that reason you should order soon. Most importantly these stamps will get you through customs in the event of the NCTS being unavailable. The open housing on the special transit stamp allows the user to position the imprint precisely. Finally, the rubber grips on the feet so the stamp doesn’t slide when printing.
Sample guidelines for creating this stamp:
- Add your Reference number of customs office of departure in the Text Line 1. (This information will appear in the box in the top right of the stamp.)
- Add your Company Name in the Text Line 2 and we will swap with the highlighted text in Red.
- Add your Authorisation Number in the Text Line. This information appears in the box in the bottom right of the stamp.
